We offer him to end the conflict, we say directly that we will no longer support the war. He is trying to dictate to us the conditions of how we should behave and how much more money we should give? Trump said that he is a dictator, it is time for him to calm down.

The United States supports Ukraine as a sovereign country invaded by a dictator. We can/should/will give as much as needed to force back Putin into his own country. Trump is wrong to insist on a percentage of minerals as "payment" for helping to achieve the goal to repel Putin and his illegitimate claim to Ukraine.
