@Lash,
Quote:
Trump relocated to an indoor location first, and now reports suggest he’s moved it to the White House.

Oh?

Wrong. Again.

Trump supporters frequently point to the previous assassination attempts against him as the likely reason he’s chosen a smaller indoor venue.

Citation?

Trump all oathed up and still standing. Will wonder never cease.

Very glad he actually committed to assisting victims of Hurricane Helene in NC who’ve been homeless and freezing and starving since October.

The gross mistreatment of these 200-500 American taxpayers is one of the reasons the Biden / Harris presidential candidates were roundly rejected.

Of course, who knows what the newest Zionist in Chief will do.

During the massive EO session today—

Reporter: Is there anything we should be worried about with the New Jersey drones?

Trump: “I would like to find out what it is and tell the people… in fact, I'd like to do that. Could we find out what that was, Susie? Why don't we find out immediately?”

@Lash,
If Trump comes back and says "yeah, those drone things were a false alarm", will you believe him or say he is part of the conspiracy?

@engineer,
If he names those individuals or entities and / or they are prosecuted for violating protected airspace, I’ll be satisfied.

For the shithead side of politics all were so upset by 'Defund the police' unconditionally pardoning the Jan sixers who attacked and injured police is 'Dismiss, disparage, denigrate, demoralise' the police.

As someone who lives in NC, I found this remark pretty confusing, but Trump just made remarks saying that states should take care of themselves and not look to the feds for help, so I doubt any people waiting for Trump help will get it.

@engineer,
I guess we’ll see Friday. He mentioned NC’s mistreatment in his inaugural address, and said he’d be there Friday.

Trump has been so erratic and he’s a miser, so I think he’ll help Helene victims, but I’ll believe it when I see it.

He’s saying, primarily due to how FEMA is politically weaponized, that FEMA should be dissolved and the states are better to handle emergencies for their own people. If we receive federal help with funding, I agree.

You can get your hands on local people, if necessary.

Donald Trump executive order has ‘legally classified every American as a female’
'Trump just abolished all men.'

https://www.thelondoneconomic.com/news/donald-trump-executive-order-has-legally-classified-every-american-as-a-female-388704/

Donald Trump’s executive order on gender identity means that every person in the US is ‘legally classified as a female.’

The Republican was inaugurated as president for the second time in Washington on Monday, and spent his first day in office signing off a number of executive orders.

This included one which designated that male and female are the only two genders, and they cannot be changed.

During his inaugural address, the president said: “As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female.”

The order declares that a person belongs to the gender they are “at conception.”

But some have pointed out that, according to this wording, the new order has a pretty significant scientific flaw.

In a post on X, Matthew Chapman explained that all human embryos initially start by developing female sex organs, meaning that, if gender is decided at conception, every person in America is “now legally classified as female.”

He wrote: “Under Trump’s executive order, every single person in America is now legally classified as female.

“All embryos begin by developing female sex organs, with male sex organs only replacing them at around 6 weeks of gestation.”

Due to how the USA is literally weaponized might be more to the point.

Partisanship and even political polarization aren't really new in the USA, but as public discourse has coarsened post-Gingrich, a spirit of vigilantism has captured the minds of well-armed patriots who've basically been waiting for the day when they can raise arms against the "government". Scaring the FEMA teams out of town is a good way to get some practice.

North Carolina – Armed Man Arrested After Reportedly Threatening FEMA Workers here

William Jacob Parsons, 44, of Bostic, is being charged after being accused of threatening FEMA workers in western North Carolina

Nashville, Tenn. — Witnesses reported seeing a group of armed people harassing hurricane relief workers in a remote Tennessee community last weekend, a sheriff said Wednesday as a man in North Carolina appeared in court for allegedly threatening aid workers in that state. here

This unwelcoming attitude on the part of armed patriots and a pervading air of anti-government hostility may have led to a certain degree of reticence among aid workers working in a needlessly over-politicized environment.

Well it will be a total surprise if Mr. Loyalty pants gets tired of anybody THIS term. Last term employees moved faster thru the revolving doors than people at a Wegmans before Thanksgiving.

@glitterbag,
I found this on Google:

People also ask
How much aid is being given to North Carolina?
North Carolina is set to gain $9 billion in aid to help those impacted by Helene, a devastating storm that struck Western North Carolina in late September, killing 103 people in the state and leveling towns and communities.Dec 21, 2024

I guess $9 Billion isn't a lot of money anymore. I wonder how much more money Trump would have sent if this tragic event happened on his watch?

@glitterbag,
I'm surprised Trump just doesn't throw federal money everywhere. It's not his and he's shown that he really doesn't care about things like the budget.
