The new season is just a week away and johnboy has our pool all set up.
But we'd like to see if an A2K sports fan can predict the Super Bowl match up and winner this year. Let's see if someone has what it takes to predict the future.

"How can I play?" shouts a shill from the curious crowd gathered around panzade's little pedestal. "Tell us more!" (thanks, pan)

"You there in the back"...yeah you. It's simple-
just post your prognostication before Sept 13th and you're good to go. We're giving you one week free to shake out the cobwebs"

PIT vs ATL with PIT winning

I'm happy with any matchup just so long as the Patriots aren't in it because we would have "new england this and new england that" shoved down our throats for another year.

would love for the Steelers to be there, but I am afraid their QB with the unpronounceable name was a one-hit wonder. They, the opponents, know what he can do and can't do.. Got to go with NE. I am still tinking about the other side of the bracket.

OSU WON THE FIESTA BOWL!!

(No, I know it's not NFL or the Super Bowl, but it's the only thing football-related that I have to crow about these days so I'll darn well crow.) (Yes, I know Sherman was fired. A good thing, I think.)

HELL YES GO OSU!

Used to live there in Columbus for a year so I always pull for them unless they play Miami or USC.

I do not like New York. I thought that they would win though. Broncos will still take it all.

Patriots over, um, some other team. By a score that's a positive integer.
