Wife left for the 3rd time. I'm really not sure what's going on. We've been married for 30 years, together for 34 years. 2 adult children.

Then you need to have a conversation and find out what's going on. At this point, the conversation may need to be through lawyers.

Well, if she left you for the third time, it would appear that a problem (or two) that she's been having has still not been resolved to her liking. Communication is the issue here; she's probably been telling you but not in a way you have heard. Have you considered a marriage counsellor?
