I didn't - I was trying to focus on getting my bedroom cleaned up but I didn't even finish.

I don't cook samosas normally because there are so many corner shops here than sell their own which are all very good.

I just make them on Boxing Day to use up the veg.

If you are interested in a cooking tip, I have just started putting some marmite in the potatoes pre boil water before I roast them.

I've never had marmite so have no clue how it would affect the taste of potatoes. I'm more interested in your samosa dough.

Filo pastry, bought ready made.

Marmite in roasts is more about texture than flavour.

Filo - interesting. I got my dough recipe from a woman on youtube - Manjula. But I recently found some frozen wrappers meant for samosas. One type was perfect but the other was a disaster. And someone else on youtube uses won ton wrappers. Manjula's recipe only makes 16 so I always double it.
