Yes, this is exactly right. Craven has another forum previous to this one and A2K is just somewhat a replacement for that one. It just happens that lots of us from abuzz ended up here.

post again if you wish, but look around on the forums first, there are a lot of subjects out for discussion here. Virtually none of the forums are built around avoirdupois.
It's true, the matter of fat is discussed on some forums, and not all about weight loss We're a pretty wide ranging group here, and not all aligned against one thing or another.
