Nobody is enlisting. Not the people who want the war or the people who don't want the war. Putin asked the U.S for a timetable for withdrawal so that the sunnis can be part of forming the government in Iraq. Hussien was a sunni and thats who were fighting now. 10'000 ground, sea and air troops from russia and China are on their third day of large scale war games in china. Putin also warned us about attacking Iran. Even Venezeula is daring us.

In case you missed this on that other thread where you were complaining about this same thing, the DoD reports exceeding active duty recruitment numbers for JUNE and JULY, 2005.
