LA Times Headline: In Pakistan's Public Schools. . .

Although I'm very new here - just had surgery so the body in recovery but the brain is tired of daytime TV - I wanted to put this out there and see what others' opinions are about this. This information might not come as a shock to some people, but it makes me ask the question "Who's to blame?" with no easy answers. Sorry, did I mention I'm on a bit of medication as well so I could come off as a bit loopy? BTW, I found this article on Slate.
