I met this guy (from another country) at a conference we got along great and we ended up sleeping together. We chat a bit everyday, mostly memes. He wants to meet again for a short holiday. Does he wants something more serious or he just wants sex? I mean why bothering to travel and spend the money?

A bunch of strangers can't tell you how he feels, he might be interested in a relationship or just want sex, or as CJ has pointed out he might want a work visa, we don't know.
