HELP PLEASE - Someone tried to hack into my Facebook account and in turn lead to my personal account and two business accounts being disabled. It requested me to upload ID of which I did do and straight away asked me I needed to upload again - this is where I am stuck, it keeps saying 'we limit how many times you can upload ID, please try again later' it has been a week now with no luck. I have just had a DD come out for £300 for my Facebook Ads which aren't even being shown! I cannot find any way to get in touch with anyone from Facebook and everything just tells me to log in and go to help centre and I can't even log in without it prompting me for ID and then not letting me upload. Any help would be appreciated.

They're never helpful, dispute the charges and stop paying for ads that are not being shown, maybe then they will respond.
