I study Latin at home from textbooks for which I get a key from Bloomsbury or another companion website. I have recently bought a book entitled 'LATIN UNSEEN for A LEVEL' by Ashley Carter, which has no key and Bloomsbury can't help. Can't anyone suggest where I might get translations for the passages in this book?

Seeing as you study Latin, can I ask you if the Latin word 'Virgo' refers to an actual virgin, or any young girl of Marriageable age?

@The Anointed,
'Virgo' is a girl, and/or a virgin, and/or a (unmarried) young woman. Depends on the context.

@Walter Hinteler,
Thank you, In other words, the Latin ‘Virgo’ is similar to the Greek ‘Parthenos,’ which refers to any youth, male or female, of marriageable age, irrelevant as to their sexual status, and denotes ‘virgin’ only by implication.
Such as the young 13 years old unmarried Mary, who was a ‘Parthenos,’ a young unmarried woman, who told the Messenger of God that she had never had sexual contact with a man, thereby implying that she was still, at that point in time, a virgin.
