I am looking for food that is healthy and tastes good.

I found Veggie Burgers, but they are high in sodium.

1) Can veggie burgers be prepared in a way that would reduce their sodium? Why do they contain sodium, as most vegetables aren't high in sodium?

2) Are there any other foods that are healthy and tasty?

@gollum,
I've spent years looking for decent and economical vegetarian sources of protein. I finally settled on seitan because it's so cheap and easy to make. You can make your own seitan from vital wheat gluten and nutritional yeast with flavorings. The recipe for seitan is extremely versatile, and you can formulate it your own taste. It's easy to make once you assemble the ingredients, but it takes a little practice. I'll be happy to share my knowledge if you're interested.

@coluber2001,
coluber2001-

Thank you.

Are there any brands available in groceries?

Are there any restaurants that sell it?

@gollum,
You should try the pc burger.

It's low in climate change and gives you energy to burn:

I'm copyrighting, copywriting copywrighting copyriting - I'm owning the salad sandwich.

Protein optional.
