Tailoring the News to Individual Readers

Some websites (e.g., Facebook) disseminate individual news feeds to each of their viewers based upon that viewer's history on the site and/or that viewer's history on other websites.

Arguably this practice has led people only reading views that they agree with and to a polarization of the public.

Would you favor a law to permit the website to express any view it wants (as it is now) but require it to send the same news feed to all of its viewers? Would such a law be constitutional?
