Hi
This forum is for all the people who believe they are keen observers of life around them.
Come up with your perceptions which you think could be useful for others.
I start the series off with mine:
I have noticed that characterless people can be judged from faces.they have strange eyes.
What do you think?

So first off you are not an observer (keen or otherwise); but, rather you are a noticer.

And how exactly do you know they are without character? Maybe it's just the thought that they know what is going to be served for dinner which causes their face to have those oddball eyeballs.

As for what I think, I will need to observe you further from farther away. After all an observation from a keen observer cannot be made in the time it takes to cook a brisket. Can it?

Yes; keenly observing that someone's fly is open, their skirt is tucked into their panty hose, or that they have a streamer of toilet tissue trailing from their shoe takes no time at all. Cool

Whether I am a noticer or a keen observer has got nothing to do with you.sturgis Secondly, let me explain that I am an expert in recognizing people's characters. I don't know how I do it but I feel their eyes speak for them.
Troubleshooter:
Eyes: when I say eyes I mean that you can discern that uneasiness, that naughtiness by the movement of their eyes
Strange: it means that they look around in a strange way
Characterless: ones without any principles and morals
Friends, what are your observations? Come on discuss

While it has been said that the eyes are the windows to the soul, how do you know the individual doesn't have a nervous condition?

Strange: it means that they look around in a strange way

You can't use a word in its own definition.

Quote:
Characterless: ones without any principles and morals

What verification do you have that your initial guess based on the strange manner in which the person is looking around is true? I've known shifty looking people who are moral and principled.

Unfortunately, my observation contradicts your observation. I've observed the unfortunate fact that some of the most unprincipled and amoral individuals are the ones you least suspect. Is this scientific? No. Is it helpful in identifying the unprincipled and amoral before they have opportunity to identify themselves by their deeds? No. The lessons I've learned from this observation are (1) don't judge too quickly and (2) avoid accepting people at face value.

You know what they say, 'never judge a book by its cover'. I am a very reserved kind of person, so the first time people meet me they think I must be proud, but actually I just don't talk so much. You can say 'shy' but I don't like that word.
