Pandemic Sparks Wider Debate Over Cruel Capitalism.

While the U.S. market continues to rebound, the pandemic’s disruptions have also upended the
labor market. Some companies are on the defense as a rising number of workers are striking,
quitting, and demanding more from corporations. As workers gain leverage, Democrats are eying
this mounting support for laborers. MSNBC’s Ari Melber discusses the data showing this shift is
widespread and explains why a different work balance is possible for many.
