hi, I am a minor and I have been smoking for 2 years and I have a problem: every time I send big boys to get cigarettes (or at least those they give them to) in exchange they want a percentage, like 4 or 5.
do you know a way to get cigarettes without letting others buy them?

Purchase them when you are no longer a minor.

This is how capitalism works. You are asking people to do a service for you, one that takes their time and in this case requires them to break the law. You typically have to pay for that. Honestly that is a pretty low percentage for what you are asking.

Well I am not going to tell a minor - that would be illegal and what you are requesting from these older guys is illegal on their part - why they need to be compensated.

What he means is the few percentage fee is pretty low cost when you are requesting someone to break the law as well as their time spent in acquiring this illegal product for you(illegal due to your age).

They want 4-5%? That's like $4 on a $80 carton. You are asking them to go to the store for you, deliver them to you and break the law by providing you with cigarettes and you are complaining about $4? You would tip more than that for an $80 pizza delivery and that's legal.

the problem is that sometimes it happens that they promise to get 4 and they get 5 and you can't know if they keep their promises or not ...

That is the rub with dealers, you will always be at risk of being taken advantage of, especially if you have to give them the money upfront. If you've been working for a couple of years, you will be old enough to buy on your own soon.

so I should do that, they go and buy my cigarettes with their money and then I refund it to them ...
could it be a good method?
However where I live there are other underage boys younger than me who go out to buy cigarettes themselves, and give them to them. according to you those guys how do they buy them?
