Uh, actually I made up the list as I went along. The places listed are locations where I have spent at least a months time and have found things to always run smoothly. For the record you can find the most stressful and least stressful cities listed on the internet including this one at Bestplaces.net click on the appropriate buttons and also find information on city navigability and costs among other things. The bad news? They list Tacoma as MOST stressful (well it's bad news for my list Sad

)

Santa Fe is one of the most stressful places on earth. Trust me--I've lived here for 15 years and 1 day. And let's not even talk about the alcoholism or rate of drug addiction. Excise it from any list of stress-free places immediately!!!
