Does she really love, want me

I been texting her for years. We've been just friends. Recently she found out a guy she loved had died. I am wondering if she is looking at me as desperation or she does love me. I asked if she would marry me. Her response was a quick yes. But she changes her mind a lot or doesn't always click with me emotionally. I have feelings for her. But she lacks physical needs as I want.
