Has Darwin been disproved or amended?

I often get the similitude attempts that these puter folks try to hammer into other areas of art and sciences. Just because there is machine logic doesnt mean a tinkers damn to the world of biology or chemistry.
We use it for "bookkeeping" not driving the train.
