Hello everyone,

Could someone please help me to translate this phrase into latin?

"Throw me to the wolves and I'll return leading the pack"

Thank you in advance.

@George,
Thank you for your answer. Meanwhile I have found this translation somewhere online: "Conicite me ad lupos, gregem ducens redibo".
What do you think about it? Is it also correct?
What's the difference between those 2 versions?

@sebbbbb,
Yes, that is also quite correct.
Differences
* Word order -- not as important in Latin. I put "to the wolves" first for emphasis.
* throw -- both iacite and conicite mean "throw", but conicite implies throw together.
* and -- my translation expresses and (et), the other translation implies it.

@George,
Hi George,

You say "quite correct"'. Does it mean that smth is wrong? Or is it ok?
You also say "but conicite implies throw together" - what do you mean? Like throw addressed to several people? In plural?

Thank you.
George

@sebbbbb,
The other translation you got is correct.

"Together" means "with others".

Thank you

Thank you
The word turbam is normally translated "crowd" (of people).
