Animated gif. I can't download the image to do a reverse Google image search.

I suspect it's more than an animated dance gif. But I also suspect it's in Japanese sign language. Just curious about the message it's depicting. And I suspect it's supposed to be gentle humor or a mild ribbing on the poster's part.

Try using Firefox; right click on the image and select view image info.
