Well if the application says it supports paypal then you should be able to open such account, or even some side service via venmo or zelles or
paypal-me.
Usually you could make a checking account ( with a dollar as base ) and give direct deposit rights to the service/app you are using ( like paypal via power of attorney ).
Even without paypal you should be able to cash out via account.
