multiple Audio Layouts

I have multiple speakers microphones and devices (like VR headset, Speakers, wireless headphones, etc.)
is there an easy program in which you can have multiple "Layouts" where I can easily switch between them.
and each layout would just have a preset amount of speakers and microphones active.
this should also be able to get sound through to multiple speakers (like one to my speaker and one to my vive headphones)
