Skype noise

They might have a lousy mic.

Do they have a snake?

Is this noise (static hissing sound) on when you play music..or other applications?

Does this noise occur with everyone or just one person on Skype? If it's one person on Skype, they have a bad microphone. If it's everyone, perhaps you need to reconnect your speakers.

If reconnecting the cables doesn't work...you need to figure out if it's only with Skype. Let us know where else it's a problem.

maybe it because of the phone or the application that you're using?

I'm not the one with problem. It's only a guess, but the OP could have been talking about static noise, apparently. Speaker issues or problem from the other person's microphone or ambient room noise.

A poor connectivity can also be the reason for the sound. Is it happening with all your calls or just one person?
