Skype changes the audio output source of my other programs when in a call

So as the title mentions, when I'm in a call, skype changes the audio output of everything else. In this case it changes it to one of my HDMI cables, which is in fact connected to my monitor...

Even so, my default audio output is still set as my headphones, but the only sound coming from them are the skype sounds.

Things I have tried so far:

1. Set that windows doesn't change the other volumes when I'm in a call.
2. Set my headphones as audio output in skype
3. Reinstalled skype

Nothing has helped so far

So once again, when I join a call, All other sounds are directed to another audio output.

Please help me, I want to be able to chat and play at the same time
