Why on earth would anyone drop to the level of Trump? This is not a game, not a playground, this is a deadly serious situation where the world's most powerful military machine and bully country of the past 100 years is falling apart at the hands of a dangerous person.
He doesn't require a 'nickname', the man is known to be a certifiable paranoid narcissist with early onset dementia and frankly that should be enough for anyone to know.
It is already clear that when he loses the election, as he will without any foul play, that he will not leave the Oval office without a great deal of fuss ... Trump clearly wants to be dictator for life and he has no regard for the USA or democracy. Indeed, Trump only cares about Trump. People with their own vested interests will of course support him. Whilst the mentally challenged who vote for him are no different to the public who supported Hitler, Mussolini and Franco to name but three other dictatorial despotic lunatics. The people who support people like Trump are ultra parochial and entirely ignorant.
For those not well versed in socio-political realities change in these situations mostly comes when the armed services decide they have had enough of people like Trump, their cronies and the vast civil disturbance which in the case of the USA will pull the 50 states to pieces (rightly so) .... Which is where basically all military junta arrive from and the USA is a prime candidate for such a thing to happen.
