Found this at a swap meet and have been struggling trying to even read the name of the artists signature let alone research who they are. The Painting is 4ft by 4ft on canvas, i believe it is acrylic paint. I have no idea how to load a picture of it to here?

Don't hold your breath. Auction houses are very cagey about giving out information. In order to really find out what something is worth you need to subscribe to a valuation website.
It's not cheap, normally thousands which keeps it in the hands of dealers and out of budget for people who may have come across something of value.
