You already admitted that even if He appeared before you, you'd not honor or worship Him, so our paltry little "contributions" to your disbelief are really irrelevant.
Contrain, the quoting I have no problem with.
It's when superiority comes in that I roll my eyes. I've not a problem with the religion, nor most of it's followers, but I do get annoyed with the I'm-right-and-you're-wrong folk (no matter what religion they preach).
Diag,
I would not woship or honor him, no. But if my logic ever fails me and I somehow regain an interest in your belief, I highly doubt I'd ever return to it due to people like yourself. I would, instead, be like Bella and stray even further (from Christianity) without leaving God. However, that's not the case. You're right, you do play a very little part in my disbelief in God. That was secure in my mind long ago. You do, however, make me very glad for my views. Is that re-worded a bit better?
Personally, I think it's useless to talk about politics or religion. That's personal stuff. And besides you can't change anybody's mind anyway. It just makes everybody uptight. We all believe what we believe, and that's that.

I agree with what you said.
I disagree, im sure there are thousands of people who have had their mind changed on the subjects of politics. I mean, if that were true, why isnt everyone in Europe a pagan still? Did something change peoples minds?
Also, who wants every conversation to be calm and relaxed. So people get uptight when you talk about politics or religion, at least its an exciting conversation.
As for the person who said that its only hwen people from the right talk with conviction that theyre labeled fanatics . . .
Since when do left and right apply to religious people? I mean i know there is a supposed religious right, but the majority of people who are politically aligned to the left are religious too.
It is when people, (Jen, Diag), claim to know the truth when in fact it is just a personal truth they hold. Then in what must be a condescending tone, they say its too bad certain people do not know the truth about god . . .
I mean give me a break! You or I, or anybody does not know the truth about very much at all.

You have you opionions on I have mine. It does not bother me at all the way you feel. You can feel how you want, all you want. I can still feel bad for you though.
I am not preaching to anyone I just say how I feel.
What do you believe in?
Hello? Diagknowz? Where did you go? This thread hasn't died yet.
Maybe Diagknowz decided to just stick to hobbies and pets and family! Those are safest. I mean, LOL, I've never had anybody call me "arrogunt" when I'm talking about those topics!
I am scheduled for surgery.
Surgery?! Is it terminal cancer?
No. I'm getting the arrogance excised. It's a vestigial organ, but they're having a heck of a time locating it. The surgeon thinks I'm a hypochondriac.
ROTFL! So, perhaps you'll become a famous medical precedent.

Oh, for heaven's sakes, Diagknowz! Fretting about the applesauce of an adolescent. My pappaw used to say whales don't pay no mind to minners. Just do the water off the duck's back thing.

Ah, but Poodlz, the high school newspaper scribbler is part of a towering triumpuellate: a scribbler for a Cuban rag and a Tea Bag. Dare we flout their voluminous verdict?
Surely their infallible insights supersede even the Mosaic Law! (Majority rule, remember?) So, under the knife I go, hiho!
