Why not? That's the whole concept behind pacifiers/ binkies, and an actual nipple has the advantage of all the skin-to-skin contact stuff, heartbeat, etc.

here in america there are contraptions a man can adhere to his nipples to deliver milk to a baby . It allows him to 'breast feed' just as a mother would.

A hungry, suckling child can activate milk production in women who have not recently given birth. I understand the activation process may take three days.
