Come on. It took him over a year to formulate this response. That's just good comedic timing.

Can you imagine if Monte Python filmed half a sketch, the audience thinks it ends prematurely and without punchline and a year later, the punchline airs on the same channel ... randomly in the middle of a different tv show then just returns to the remaining part of the airing tv show as if nothing happens?
