1999 Chevrolet Conversion Van Not Running

My 1999 Chevrolet Conversion Van Not Running. Cut off the other day and hasn't restarted since. The engine cranks but won't start. Added four gallons of gas since it was low and still won't start. The engine is a large V-8. The fuel pump was making a whining noise - has since we purchased over one year ago.


Can anyone help?
