Why "Give me a kiss" is an insult?

My wild guess is that it sounds like talking to a girl. And the military tradition is that being called a girld is an insult.

Donald Trump insulted Biden 21 times:

This has to do with very recent political events in the US.

Joe Biden has come under criticism for being overly affectionate with women. Trump was making a dig at Joe Biden.

If you don't understand US politics at this moment, this comment would not make any sense.
