What is the meaning of following sentence?

"She will soon prove to have killed the teacher."

Who killed the teacher? Is it girl/woman referred with "she" in this sentence? Can this sentence be written with alternative ways?

"She" killed the teacher.

It will soon be proved that she killed the teacher.
