woiyo, obviuosly you are the only one bright enough to understand the Kyoto treaty is only related to the USA.

Or was it the majority of US mayors?

I've dismissed Kyoto from the beginning. With so called "emerging nations" like China and India doing absolutley NOTHING in this regard, why is the US held ot different standards? Because the UN says so?? Screw the UN.


The US constantly holds themselves to a different (dar I say, higher) standard than any other nation in the world.
This is clearly another issue where the US employs their continued record of selective compliance.

Besides, when has it beenOK to say, "China isn't doing it, so why should we?"
