Today I looked in the mirror & saw ....

saw crazy sticky up all over poofity hair this morning

wow - it gets big sometimes

the dogs still love me and the hair doesn't scare them

I looked in the mirror this morning and the damn thing cracked. Craziest thing I ever saw.

I tried tellling the guy in the mirror that he is not me, he can't be me - but he doesnt seem to listen...

The face I saw in the mirror this morning looked quite unhappy ... reflecting the fact that I Don't Like Mondays & had no burning desire to begin another working week. Them 'ol treadmill blues!

I went to renew my drivers license last week and had to have a new picture done. So I'm standing there for hours, bored to tears waiting, get to the desk and she takes my picture. The likeness pops up on a computer screen facing me so I can "approve" or have another one done. Apparently I haven't looked at myself in a long time because the apparition that showed there was ghastly. I did the only thing a female who had no idea she looked like the back of a bus would do ... I screamed ... out loud, forgetting I was surrounded by about 50 strangers. The girl behind the desk thought it was a gun (or something) and dived behind the desk. I had to apologise and explain the office was not under attack, I was simply shocked at my own appearance. Friday the 13th was NOT a good day for me.

Last time I went, they asked if I wanted to use the old picture.
I said yeah, I haven't gotten any better looking.
No argument.

They wouldn't let me use the old picture - apparently some new rules coming into play at the RMV. Lots of checking and rechecking you are who you say you are. I believe they are going to begin requesting people bring FOUR pieces of ID - two picture IDs (drivers license/passport), recent bill (showing home address), Social Security Card. I didn't have to do that this time but I guess it's coming.
