If it is in fact true, verification will come when Hussein's mug speaks to Iraq (and the world) on CNN.
This has great reality TV potential.
Well considering Rumsfeld did the deal with Saddam to sell him what he needed to become a threat to the world in the first place, Im sure it's possible.
