How much does anyone agree with http://www.outwiththeold.org.uk/ which advocates a complete new system of taxation?

I dont blame young people for getting angry. We have spendt their future. Pensions will not be paid. Standards of living will fall, life expectency drop. Quite possibly civil disorder and riots. Why? Peak Oil
