By ABBY GOODNOUGH
The Florida Legislature is nearing agreement on a bill
requiring harsher sentencing and permanent electronic
tracking of many sex offenders.

The bleeding hearts have already been complaining that it is an invasion of privacy and a civil rights violation. I believe that not only is electronic monitoring a welcome proposal but that it should be adopted throughout the nation.
Seems to me that if monitoring is necessary, then the criminal had not been sufficiently rehabilitated during their prision confinement and should remain behind bars.
Until the time my daughter either becomes a world champion karate expert, or dies of old age, I believe all known sex offenders should be identified some how, kept in jail or perhaps have a large goon following them wherever they go.
