Shouldn't we just let them go and not prolong this horrible suffering?
No, the rest of the world is fascinated. It takes our mind off all that reality tv crap.
We don't need another schiavo...
Someone should pull out the feeding tubes. And while they are at it, as a bonus, Bush's as well.
BVT,
You are bad and have absolutely no morals.
.......
And I love it.
The "Doonesbury" cartoon is doing DeLay as Schiavo as we speak.
Speaking of DeLay (and this just occurred to me), isn't that a French name? Isn't that a bad thing under the current regime.

I had no idea. Just goes to show how obvious the comparison is.
Hmmm - shall they take our "de's" then?
We shall lose delight, deliquesce, debonair, deja vu (of course), democracy and joi de vivre.
However, also scheduled for destruction are death, despair, debacle and demolition.
Hmmmmmmm......
I think the idea that we should just let things go to avoid prolonging the suffering is what has constantly let the other side win, time after time. We put up a fight, then we get tired of fighting, then we loose then we complain of loosing. I am not saying that we (we as in anyone who is opposed the big conservative/Bush administration in any way) become like them and fight like them. I am saying that we should stand up for what we believe in and do it our own way.
For instance I read an article about Powell and Bolton this morning. Powell is talking to several senators and saying that while Bolton has many strengths, he is hard and unfair to dissenters or those under him.
(I can't link to it today, I think someone is messing with my computer, but anyone can find it if they google it; or they probably already read it.)
We - can I say "we" even though I'm in Australia? Anyway, those who are opposed to the Bushii, need to understand that it's the personal approach that makes change. The person you speak to at work, the person you talk to on the bus, the person you chat with online, that's how it works. If we find someone we agree with (in person or online) then we should celebrate. And then go and find someone who doesn't yet agree with us - but will
Interesting to see Powell being active against that man - who appears to be a bully - behind the scenes.......hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
"From Little Things Big Things Grow"
I am waiting for a tell all book authored by Powell.
Bush damaged him, turn about is fair play. Not that Bush's reputation can be damaged any futher than it already is.
