I have many many problems with this piece of history we are at the doorway of. I do believe saddam is a problem to the rest of the world, but mostly to his own people. I also feel exactly the same about Bush. Since cheating to become ppresidenthe has been hell bent on war. We need to get rid of the pair of them. But to the problem of saddam and the war in Iraq, to find a needle in a haystack, it is not necessary to burn down the stack. With this approach we are heading for a massive kick in the ass. The enemy is within, already. In England this septic isle we are protecting and helping them to mass against us. We have a major political correctness problem in this country, which i believe will be our downfall.
I hope it all comes out in the wash, and the world changes to a plaice where we appreciate and respect everyone else. It sounds like a pipe dream. But then so does winning the lottery.
YASSA
If you think of Britain as a septic Isle why don't you leave? I am sure Saddam or some other Arab tyrant will welcome you. It is one thing to disagree with or even dislike the existing government of the nation in which you live but to insult the nation itself is unacceptable. Disagreement with policies of the present regime in the US does not in any way diminish my love for country.
Yep, your right, i do love my country. It's though's bloody pollatitions i hate.
Why the hell 176 vistors had perused this old thread and none of them are able to take a stand?
Facts are stubborn.
Stupidity have no chance.
I am amazed that so few people point to the horrific things we have done in Nam and in Iraq. We were lied into both these wars, and have committed indescribable atrocities. Moreover, nothing is being done about the criminals who lied us into, and carried out, these wars.
One German has this view about War
.
His name is THOMAS MANN
"War is only a COWARDLY escape
from the problems of PEACE"
Let us all meet in August in Bagdad.( still there is Green Zone)
I will be highly pleased if some of the pro-war participants dare to take my views seriously.

I have already been there.
But if you want to go to Iraq, you have my permission.

That is very kind of you.
Let me ask you, does it make any sense to you that we are building a monumental embassy in the zone? I gather that it would be easily hit by shells and rockets and, therefore, is undefendable.
mysteryman came back from Iraq with some fingers missing. You may come back with your head missing. It's that good over there.

I have no reason to go there. But maybe you can go and do some good.

What ever Bush touches turns to crap. There is nothing good in Iraq.
And don't ever shake Bush's hand.
He can clean up his own fcuking mess. BuckFush!
I had made a trip to iraq as a curious tourist.
I come to the conclussion that IRAQ is worse than any other country
