I've heard about survivor, but I don't watch it.

Well, yes, because a lot of couples can't agree aon names, so they compromise by using both. For example, my wife and I couldn't agree on a name for our baby. I wanted Dorcus, and she wanted Bertha, so we just named her Bertha-Dorcus. Her middle name is Jean.
