When Tom Kean was governor of NJ he wanted to move the state house from Trenton NJ to New Canaan CT.

Only if the government is willing to take a politically deserving, and well connected construction company under its wing, and feed it no bid contracts for over priced, unneeded, public buildings that don't work. This is a little tradition the Republicans have up here.
