Somebody put a lot of skillful effort into that. I get a kick out of the cyber-spoofers who come up with clever, well-done parodies. If you think Cheney is upset at the dot-org website, take a look at the dot-com rip-off, which is simply offensive ("18-and-over", "Community Standards", "Applicable Local Law", etc. You've been warned. The splashpage is the tasteful, restrained part of the website) with no pretense at parody.
The dot-com sleazeballs actually won a legal challenge several years ago. The honest parody has nothing to worry about.
