Can V be used after G in Latin?

Hello everyone!

I am interested in Latin pronunciation, and I couldn't find any answer for my question in the Internet. Can the letter "V" be used after "G" in Latin, like in the word "Guendoloena" ("Gvendoloena")?

Yes it can in some circumstances/dialects, eg Celtic-influenced Latin, but in 'normal' Classical Latin the simple answer is no
