Hi Maggin,

Short cuts? What short cuts? We don't need no stinking short cuts!!

<<improv of Alfonso Bedoya - aka - the bandit in the movie 'Treasure of the Sierra Madres'>>

<big grin>

Yo, ehBeth,
Don't worry bout tha second place numbers........ During the last month they have gained .007 acres per day - opposed to our .0343 acres per day. Which means we have gained about 500 per cent more acres than they have. But, they are still clicking and that is what counts!!!! God bless em. 36 plus acres is an admirable area. We - all being in the same save the rain forest boat - are striving for the same goals.

Funny thing, when I went to click a third time, I was told I'd already clicked. I guess the clicks register even if you get an error page for a response instead of a 'thank you for clicking.'

Hi, Ul! Where have you been hiding? Almost the size of Fort Knox, huh? I was stationed there for a while in 1963, so now I have a good idea just how large a chunk of rain forest we all "own."

Hi Ul, good to "see" you!

It's true... a2k is "dangerous" for all who are busy. It is a big time sink but I'm glad you came to dabble in the waters.

I fully understand the need to put these acres into readily understandable units, for example, Viennas or Fort Knoxes.

I checked our figures with this Livermore Laboratory Conversion EXCEL spreadsheet.

http://www.elivermore.com/bills_conversions.xls#Conversions!Area

It doesn't list Viennas Very Happy or Fort Knoxes Wink, but it did convert 1734553 square feet to 39.81969839 acres (Could this be right, Beth?) or 0.161145247 square kilometers.

That would translate to 0.0038 Viennas. Wink
Clickt.

g'day all ~

Maggie, terrific photos, thanks!

To transfer a photo to a2k, right click on the picture, then click "properties". Highlight the Address URL then right click again and click "copy". Open the response window at a2k and click IMG. Place the cursor in the image window, right click the mouse again, and 'paste' the URL address in the image window - then click OK. The URL will appear in the response window, and when you click "preview" or "submit" the photo transfers.

Have a great day!
