Judge Greer has allowed other women to die also.

This isnt the first time that judge Greer has allowed a woman to die.
The last time,he allowed a woman to be stabbed to death, because he refused to issue a protective order.
He claimed that the woman..."had not listed any acts of violence by the man".
That allowed him to walk free, and later attack and brutally kill the woman.
Is it any wonder that he is willing to let Terri Die?
He seems to have a habit of allowing women to die.

When it comes to the protection of physically endangered women, Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George W. Greer rates a zero.

Long before finding himself at the epicenter of the Terri Schiavo tempest, Greer was on the wrong kind of the headlines.

In 1998, Greer denied an injunction for a wife seeking protection from her husband.

In the paperwork presented, the august Greer noted that the woman had not listed any acts of violence by the man. The injunction was denied. Within days, the husband stabbed the woman to death.

I wonder, how many more women will he allow to die,and why isnt anyone talking about his history towards women.

Did you list 2 different stories that ended the same or did you list the same story twice? It was hard to tell.

Since the link goes to one story,I would think the answer is rather obvious.

I have watched with interest in the news the reports that Judge Greer has received death threats from the "err on the side of life " folks.

Might I suggest you actually READ the link before you comment on it.
Its rather silly to comment on something you havent read, isnt it?

BVT,
The people threatening the judge or Michael are extremists that are just looking for an excuse to cause trouble.
If the judge had ruled the other way, they would be threatening him for that.
Some people just like to take advantage of any situation to cause trouble.

Yeah. Somebody offered a guy 1/2 a million to kill Micheal Shiavo.

You gotta know some of those lunatics are psychos. It is infuriating to see Church Ladies lining their frightened children up to be arrested, trying to take water to Shiavo. I'd like to slap them.

EVERY politician sucks up to their constituents.
It the nature of the beast.
A politician doesnt decide what to have for lunch without examining the political consequences first.

Dont pretend its a new thing or that the repubs alone do it.
EVERY politician,of EVERY party,does it.

And I suppose if he had given the woman a restraining order she could have warded her husband off by holding it up to his knife? They would have found it stuck to her chest.

I have now read the article and it still doesn't really effect my original comment. Why did you post the quote twice? In doing this it makes it appear that it has happened more then once. It hasn't so the 2 cases are not connected in any way shape or form. A single incident doesn't make a habit or even show a pattern. Are there any more incidents of this happening?

That is an excellent point Duck. A piece of paper against someone who wants to hurt you doesn't mean a thing.

Show me someone who's never made a mistake, and I'll show you someone who's never done anything.

Why a Florida circuit court judge would pave the road for what some see as judicial murder remains a matter of public speculation.

This author is shameless. This latest spin is disgusting. This latest attempt at nothing is pointless.
