which EAR?

when answering the phone, which ear do you use?

i always listen with the right.
if i have to write something down, i hold the phone to my right ear with my left hand (i'm right-handed)...

I'm right handed and I've always held the phone with my left hand to my left ear. Right hand to right ear just feels wrong...

Usually right.. but it doesn't really matter... at work I use a head set and it is on my left ear because I have nine piercings in my right ear... (I just added 6 new ones about a month ago...)

The phone goes to my left ear without even thinking about it. It just seems most natural. Maybe it does have something to do with being right handed, but maybe not since Region is also right handed but holds it to the opposite side.

CL, it must be nice to have a headset! When I was working, I was on the phone sooo much and was always asking for a headset. Cheap bastids I worked for though said, "just put it on speaker phone". Not a wise idea when I was speaking money matters with my suppliers. They just didn't get it. Confused

I thought it would be great but it has a long cord and I move around alot and strangle myself or trip myself and then it gives me a headache so I take it on and off and it gets caught in my hair.... It also rings in my ear and outside of the ear (My phone is a computer)... I hate the thing.. I rather pick up a normal phone!!!

It has its ups and downs but personally I don't think the headset likes me! Laughing

It's always been right.... i'm surprised so many people said left - i'd have thought right handed, right eared.... although i guess my piercing is in my left but i've only had that for the past 3 years...
