I tried to do that, too. But that site does not open. Maybe I should just hop into my car and drive over there to check their opening hours ;-)

D'art, white chocolate is made with the cocoa butter, but none of the cocoa. "Standard" Chocolate is "milk" chocolate, made with a high proportion of the cocoa butter. Dark chocolate has the highest proportion of cocoa, and the lowest of cocoa butter.

and it's the cocoa butter (and milk) that are high in cholesterol and/or saturated fat.

Yup . . . i haven't the least problem eating a two pound bar of dark chocolate in one sitting.
