if it is possible to dispose the wastage without using plastic bags like medical wastage. And dispose the dirty clothes to laundry etc..

Life would be much better in the clean environment and less pollution. All the wastage can be disposed of through recycling plastic bags. There is no need to use these harmful plastic bags in daily life.
