The North Korean administration has declared ahead of a top executive US delegation visit to the region that they will refuse to negotiate with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on their nuclear program.
The Foreign Ministry spokesperson said the North Korean Central Agency had rejected US calls for negotiation after their description of North Korea as the last castle of cruelty.
Accusing Rice of lacking in political sense, the spokesperson Said that she is not the kind of person with whom they would ever have talks.
Rice has said that the US will find a solution after North Korea withdrew from the negotiations over ending its nuclear program and will refuse North Korea's several offers to meet with Washington.

Heh, heh - it's quite clever!

Can you imagine how it must be when Dubya got back from his overseas trip and talked to Condi*?

'It's like a whole world is out there with people and everything! And like the French have a french word for everything!'

'Just shut up and keep your colouring-in BETWEEN the lines Mr President'.

*what do you think her presidential nickname is? 'Turdblossom' is already taken, so it could be 'Skanky-Ho' or the like.....
